The gays have made good progress in their push to re-define marriage; Their next target will logically be places of worship.

Oh yes.

Now, they are going to tell you that all they are interested in is civil marriage, that they won’t attack places of worship (churches, temples, mosques, etc); it’s just the legal entitlements they are after.

Let me tell you why I think that’s bull. I’ve always maintained that gays want to be able to marry because marriage is the ultimate “gold standard” of a relationship – that the legal entitlements are just a nice benefit.  It’s a bedrock of society, widespread across all peoples, and has been around forever. If you are in a relationship that is so questionable by society (not to mention nature), as gay relationships are, and you want society to accept your relationship, then the logical course of action is to try to obtain that status for your relationship, to give it (hopefully) more credence and to make it more acceptable in society.

So let’s assume society’s definition of marriage changes what it has always been to make this very small segment of the population feel better about themselves and this relationship. Is that enough? No, of course not. Most people get married in the context of a religious venue of some sort. That is the tradition, icing on the cake, so to speak. If you are spiritual or religious person, you would like the blessing of your place of worship, of course. Also, it would put one more legitimacy “stamp” on the relationship; not only are we married, we were married in church – accept us! This of course, would mean that the clergy of the church would have to approve the ceremony. Some religions – like the Unitarian Universalists (a group who really has no definitive beliefs) – allow gay marriage. However, most don’t.

Uh-oh.

So, a married straight people will have that “edge” over a gay married couple – being married in a place of worship. Well, can’t have that. There must be absolute equality! Everywhere! All the time!

You’re thinking that government can’t tell the church what it can and cannot do, regarding ceremonies; and you’d be right.

What it can do is revoke the place of worship’s tax-exempt status, that all (that I’m aware of) places of worship enjoy. Punishment, for not towing the line. When it comes to gay rights versus religious freedom – gay rights win, as seen in this NPR article about the subject.

Refusal of a place of worship to marry a gay couple is what? Discrimination. That’s what they will cry. As such, they will compel gay-friendly legislators to take away tax-exempt status from those places of worship that don’t fall into line. Who knows? If the clergy of a place of worship has a sermon on how homosexuality is a sin, they might even be charged with a “hate crime”.

And then, their work will be done. They’ll be able to wear the mantle of marriage, with the civil, moral and legal approbations bestowed therein; they will have then punished churches that dare deny them the church ceremony, and then finally went after the clergy that made moral proclamations on their homosexuality.

This is why we must stand up against the re-definition of gay marriage, so this slouching toward Gomorrah never gets started.

Carrie Prejean appeared on NBC’s “Today” show this morning, and of course it was all about Perez Hilton’s inappropriate question during the Miss USA pageant regarding gay marriage.

She stands by her remarks, and behaved like a lady.

Hilton, on the other hand, had this to say: his question was relevant and that Prejean should have “left her politics and her religion out because Miss USA represents all Americans.”

Ok, well you flaming gay fascist, how come YOU get to inject YOUR politics and lack of religion into the discussion? Oh, that’s ok, right, because you’re a, a….blogger (snicker). A freakin’ blogger, judging a Miss USA contest. And how, Mr. Wonderful, is a person exactly suppose to “represent all Americans”? How can someone be everything to everybody? If she’d have answered in the positive about gay marriage, as you so earnestly hoped, then she’d be representing everybody? How about the 29 states that have no gay marriage written into their constitutions? Would they be represented then?

You’re really pathetic, Hilton. You hate her because she is lovely, loving, and most of all a Christian, isn’t that right? We object to gay marriage, so get ’em, get ’em, GET ’em whenever you can!  People aren’t falling for your whining, and  your emotional illness. You’ve set off a firestorm for what you did to her, and God will pay her – and you – back 10 fold for what happened.

missusaAs the saying goes, “With friends like these….”

Because Carrie Prejean didn’t give a tow-the-line answer to gay fascist Perez Hilton’s question about gay marriage, she is now being snubbed (punished) by Former Miss USA Shanna Moakler, who is now the director of the Miss California USA pageant, and her gay business partner, Keith Lewis, both strong activists against Prop 8,  the California vote on gay marriage.

Ironically, Moakler spent the last few weeks in Las Vegas actively promoting her pageant princess, Carrie Prejean.

“This is why we have judges at Miss USA, so we find the girl to rep us ALL,” Moakler Twittered after the pageant.

What kind of stupid statement is that? How can any one person represent both sides of a divisive issue? Can someone be pro-choice and pro-life at the same time? Yet this idealogue expects Prejean to be so, regarding gay marriage.

Moakler, who sources say was very close friends with Prejean (who was first runner-up in the Miss California USA pageant in 2008 before winning in 2009), also issued an apology to her state pageant sponsors on Monday, saying that “Prejean’s opinions do not stand for those of the Miss California family.”

Uh, they don’t?! Didn’t California vote – twice – against gay marriage? What about those (real) families, Miss Moakler? This is unbelieveable. Someone states an opinion about keeping marriage as it’s ALWAYS been – between one man and one woman, and this is what that person reaps.

“It is unfortunate that Miss California, who we note did not win, is so out of touch with the overwhelming majority of people her age that she wants to deny loving, committed couples the rights and dignity that come only with marriage,” said Geoff Kors, Executive Director of Equality California.

Oh gag me, please. Shut up.

ANY legal protections that straight couples enjoy could be bestowed on gay couples, with the proper legal instruments, and have it be called a “partnership” – or whatever.

But oh no. That won’t do.

But jeez why, Uncle Pat?

Because it’s never been about legal protections, “equality” or any other B.S. emotional red herrings they throw out.

It’s about acceptance. It’s what it’s always been about. They’ve never been accepted for what they are – emotionally troubled – and have no intention of fighting against the strong pull of sexual pleasure and “love” from another same sex person. Those are strong motivations – I get that. So, instead of them fighting against themselves, they seek to change the world – to make the world accept this emotional pothole.

“Marriage” is just the fix.

“If we say ‘we are married’ ” they think, “then people will elevate our relationship, sub-conciously, to that of straight (normal) people.”

You see, marriage is the “Good Housekeeping” stamp of approval of a relationship by a society. It’s been the bedrock of society for millenia. So, if they can have that title bestowed – if by legal fiat – upon their emotionally sick relationship, they will be just like normal straight couples, so they think.

Not by me, not ever.

Keep on going, Carrie Prejean; you are entitled to your opinion.

perez-caliSo, you disagree with gay marriage do you? Well, I’ll fix you, you little would-be Queen!

That’s just what the gay facist Perez Hilton did with the would-be Miss USA, Miss California, Carrie Prejean. Perez, a judge on the Miss USA pageant Sunday (how in the hell does a gay blogger become a Miss USA judge?!), asked Prejean, “Vermont recently became the fourth state to legalize same sex marriage. Do you think every state should follow suit? Why or why not?”

Here’s the pathology on this question: This little jerk sets her up with a no-win situation. If she answer’s yes, she betrays what she really feels, and her faith, and takes another societal standard, the beauty pageant, down a notch to his level. If she answers no, he retaliates against her, and makes her look like a backward homophobe. Again, in the back of his sick little mind, it’s all about “Accept me, accept me!” – not about fairness and relevancy in the pageant, of course.

Prejean replied: “Well I think it’s great that Americans are able to choose one or the other. Um, we live in a land that you can choose same sex marriage or opposite marriage and, you know what, in my country and in, in my family, I think that I believe that a marriage should be between a man and a woman,” Carrie said to a mix of boos and applause. “No offense to anybody out there. But that’s how I was raised and that’s how I think that it should be between a man and a woman.”

Many in the audience applauded.

Well, that must have put this gay psycho over the edge. First, the defeat in California, and now this bombshell rebuke in front of millions?

So he takes it out on her, and doesn’t vote for her – costing her the crown. THEN, he goes on his flamboyant website, and plays the nasty little facist that he is, calling her a ‘dumb bitch’ on twitter and his blog. Later, he gives out an apology – so heartfelt, I’m sure (gag). (UPDATE: “Yeah, I’m taking my apology back! I stand by calling her a dumb bitch, just like she’s standing by her words from yesterday too,” he just tweeted.)

I’m sorry, where’s the tolerance? You know, what I’m suppose to have whenever these people throw themselves in my face?

Like I’ve always said, there is no tolerance. They want us to “tolerate” (accept, without reservation) their mental illness, but if we make any comments that (even remotely) doesn’t endorse their perversion, there’s hell to pay.

They played on our sense of fairness and goodness, with this “tolerance” card.

But this hopeless, God-less creature just overplayed his.
